I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Talking about mine, I finally started a new book which was in my TBR list for so long time. Honestly, I have a ton of books in my TBR list. In this little life there are a lot to read and learn about. After all, our human wants are always unlimited, right! Coming to the book, this time I started a new genre. I chose a finance genre. Yeah! sounds very boring and dry and definitely we’ll fall asleep after two pages. But, I wonder how I read approximately ten pages without falling asleep. This book showed me some real-time gimmicks happening in finance world.

In the beginning pages, the author conversed about how a wise financial analyst to be and how not to be while doing his job. Just like there is an other side to a coin, there may be (or definitely) an other side to the financial statements. But, If we really want to see that side, first we must change the way we look at things around us. He gave some examples which happened earlier in companies and the consequences of their mistakes (or you can say frauds).

I am very much interested in learning more about this book and yeah! I am making notes of it too. Sorry, I forgot to mention the book name earlier – It’s Financial Statement Analysis by Martin Fridson and Fernando Alvarez. If anyone, who are interested in stock markets or trading, It’s a very useful book for them.
