Synopsis:
Hi, I am Radhika Mehta and I am getting married this week.
I work at Goldman Sachs, an investment bank. Thank you for reading my story. However, let me warn you. You may not like me too much.
One, I make a lot of money.
Two, I have an opinion on everything.
Three, I have had a boyfriend before. Okay, maybe two.
Now if I was a guy, you would be okay with all this. But since I am a girl, these three things don’t really make me too likeable, do they?

He recently came up with a new genre (Suspense thriller) through a book named The girl in room 105.
My Review:
After reading this book, I realised one thing that, my mom will never leave my back whatever the situation might be. I agree that there are still some families exist
in our country, who never wants to come into light and never let their little girls to prosper in their own ways but, this doesn’t mean that they are not loving their child, they are just a little bit more protective. But, in present India, there is no such a special talk about the difference between a girl and a boy showing by families because, many families are encouraging their daughters equally with their sons. They are respecting her opinions, decisions about her career and life. I’m not talking about the safety of a girl in India (of course in whole world) because, many attacks are happening on girls all over the world😑 and that is a long never ending topic I don’t want to mention in this book review😅.
Ok, in this book, the whole plot runs around an Indian girl Radhika. I like her individuality, her career decisions and developmental tactics etcetera but, coming to her personal life, she acted like a bit chaotic person while making decisions about her life. But I’m impressed with her final decision and this also showed one thing that, one needs some time to take better steps in their life. I’m not saying perfect decisions, just better and happy because, nothing is perfect in everyone’s life I guess.
The character Debu, I don’t like him😒. A guy should not leave a girl by comparing the professional life of his to hers, who on the other hand treated him her eternal love of life. If he loved her by comparing their careers, better he can stay alone than breaking a girl’s heart. I think now anyone can understand his character because I don’t like to talk about him much😑
Coming to Radhika’s family, like every parents, they also want their daughter to get married to a good guy and have a family for herself. But my doubt is “Is it necessary to consider the age factor for a girl to get married like ‘girls can lead a happy life only when they got married at young ages or they should compromise for the person or may never get married if they grew older’🤦♀️.” I think some things has to change here. I can’t comment on the traditions or beliefs but, my opinion is, these traditions and rituals or anything that we are following should not act as a barrier for our happiness because, everything in this world is moving forward only to live happily.
I don’t want to comment on the story anymore and spoil the interest of the people😅. Coming to the author, I think everybody who wants to start reading books would definitely hear about his books as recommendations in India. He became very famous with his stories because he mainly concentrates on social and current issues happening in India in my opinion. I will definitely recommend his books to everyone. Happy reading📖🙂
PS: After reading his books mainly Half girlfriend and this book, I added New York to my must visit places😅😂❤
